Kultura 101 / How MoySklad works
A warehouse that counts itself
MoySklad is inventory software: what’s in stock, what it cost, what sold and how much you made. Below you can run a warehouse yourself.
Four questions for the owner
- How much stock do you have right now - exactly, not roughly?
- What is the real cost and profit of each product?
- What runs out this week and what should you reorder?
- How much stock was lost, damaged or sold off the books last year?
If the answer is "we’d have to count" - there’s no inventory control, only a feeling of control. MoySklad answers these questions in a second.
Run the warehouse yourself
This is a housewares shop in Tashkent. Receive a delivery, sell in store, take an Uzum order, run a stock count - and watch stock and money change.

What’s happening
Products and prices are illustrative. In real MoySklad every operation is a document: receipt, retail sale, shipment, stock count.
How a product moves through the system
Every step is a document in MoySklad. So at any moment you can see where an item is and what it earned.
A priced order to the supplier. You see what’s ordered and what’s in transit.
Goods arrive: stock goes up, cost is calculated.
Stock per warehouse and store, transfers between them.
Store, Uzum, wholesale - every sale draws from one stock.
Receipts with IKPU, marking, tax invoices.
Profit, turnover, best sellers.
Inventory by local rules
MoySklad has a version for Uzbekistan. We configure it for local requirements on cash registers, marking and documents.
IKPU codes on products
IKPU codes are stored on products and flow into receipts and documents automatically.
Asl Belgisi marking
Handling marking codes when receiving and selling marked goods.
Online cash register
In-store sales through the register: receipt and stock update together.
Electronic tax invoices
We set up document exchange through an EDI operator such as Didox.
Uzum Market and other channels
Marketplace orders draw from shared stock, so you never sell what you don’t have.
Multiple warehouses and stores
Stock for every location and transfers between them.
Available connections depend on your MoySklad plan and hardware - we’ll confirm during the review.
What the owner learns from reports
Reports build themselves from documents. Nothing to compile by hand.
Profit by product
How much each item earned after cost and fees.
Kazans bring 30% margin, even though they sell less often than kettles.
Turnover
Which items sit still and freeze your cash.
Frying pans will last 4 months - no need to reorder yet.
What to reorder
Items below minimum stock and a ready supplier order.
Piyola sets: 6 left, selling 15 a week.
